What you want to know before you go.
What documents do I need?
ID card or passport and a category B driving licence held for at least 1 year (so the minimum age is 19).
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is €100, left when you receive the car, in cash, by card or bank transfer. Only damage, missing fuel (if the car isn't returned full) or a €20 cleaning fee (if it isn't returned clean — you get it clean inside and out) can be deducted. The rest is returned at drop-off.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. Unlimited kilometres, however long you rent.
Where do I get the car?
Anywhere in Cluj-Napoca, including Cluj International Airport — free, at any hour.
How do I pay?
Online, by card, when you book (secured by Stripe). If you prefer cash or bank transfer, call us and we book by phone.
What is the fuel policy?
Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it the same way.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you tell us at least 48 hours before pick-up, cancellation is free and you get all your money back. Later than that, 50% of the rental is kept and the rest is refunded. Details in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I drive outside Romania?
No. The cars may only be used within Romania.
How do I know a car is free?
The booking calendar shows availability in real time. Once your payment is confirmed, your dates are blocked for everyone else automatically.
